Snack Time
Lunch is such a weird time for me because I typically don’t eat breakfast until 10:30-11:00 o’clock, so I’m rarely hungry at lunch time. So, I always end up making afternoon snacks that hold me over until dinner.
The real struggle is finding a healthy snack to eat when I really just want to inhale a bag of Chex Mix. Lol!
I wanted to share one of my all-time FAVORITE snacks. I’ve been known to eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on occasion as well ;)
This snack is super basic, but it’s healthy and delicious and it gives me a lot of energy to power through the day! I love the Greek God’s Greek Yogurt brand. I love all their flavors and have recently been using the Maple. It’s perfect for fall and is a little sweeter!
I’m such a sucker for the Trader Joe’s Almond Vanilla Granola too. I use that as cereal as well. It’s soo good. By far my favorite granola.
As far as honey goes, I don’t use it all the time because honey is actually a bit sweet for me, but when I do, I get my honey from local honey farms and it’s so yummy.
