INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP FRESH SPINACH + KALE BLEND
1 WHOLE APPLE CHOPPED
HANFUL OF BLACKBERRIES
1 CUP GREEK YOGURT
1 BANANA
SQUEEZE OF 1 WHOLE LEMON
1 AVOCADO
I love this smoothie recipe. It’s simple and my favorite go-to. I also love that you can add different fruits and veggies to this and it will still taste totally delicious. If you use a protein powder, you can definitely add that to this as well.
